- 24-hour free trial subscriptions (where available)
3. Account Registration
To use our services, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
- Providing and maintaining accurate account information
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these terms.
4. Payment and Refund Policy
Payments: All payments are processed manually through the methods displayed at checkout. Orders are activated upon confirmation of payment by our team.
Refund Policy: Due to the nature of digital subscription services:
- Refunds are not provided once a subscription has been activated and credentials delivered
- If you experience technical issues within the first 24 hours, please contact us — we will do our best to resolve them
- Free trial subscriptions are non-refundable
- Reseller panel credits are non-refundable once allocated
If there is a billing error on our part, we will process a correction immediately.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our services only for personal, lawful purposes. You must not:
- Share your IPTV credentials with others (each subscription is for one device/user)
- Resell or redistribute credentials without our explicit written authorization
- Use the service to infringe upon intellectual property rights

6. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime across all our servers. However:
- Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance or unforeseen technical issues
- Channel availability depends on third-party content providers
- We do not guarantee the availability of specific channels or content at all times
- In case of extended downtime (over 24 hours), we may offer service extensions at our discretion
7. Intellectual Property
GOLDENOTT and its associated logos, trademarks, and website content are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our brand materials without written permission.
The IPTV content accessible through our service is provided through third-party sources. We do not claim ownership of third-party content.
8. Limitation of Liability
GOLDENOTT shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our service
- Loss of data or profits resulting from service interruptions
- Actions of third-party content providers
- Issues arising from your device, internet connection, or ISP
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the subscription in the preceding 30 days.
